Welcome back Juniper Class! We hope you had a wonderful half term and are ready for all of the exciting things happening in Spring 2!
In VIPERS, we will be The Pebble in my Pocket and The Girl and the Dinosaur. We will be looking at vocabulary, making inferences and predictions about the text, retrieving information from our text, summarising and sequencing events and explaining our reasoning.
In English, we will be dream narratives and a non-chronological report whilst incorporating a range of grammatical features in our writing.
In Maths, we will be learning about fractions and mass and capacity.
In History, we will be carrying on with our learning about the Stone Age!
We are looking at rocks in Science this half term and have lots of exciting experiments and investigations to complete!
In PSHE, we will be looking at British Values and how we can help others.
In Art we will be making our own models of Stonehenge out of clay!

P.E Timetable and Kit:
For Juniper Class, P.E will be taking place on Monday mornings and Tuesday afternoons.
Children should have their PE kit in school throughout the week in case of any timetable changes.
P.E Kit requirements:
-Sky Blue Biscovey Academy t-shirt
-Navy Blue Biscovey Academy hoody
-Black shorts (black tracksuit bottoms can be worn for outside P.E. when the weather is cold)
-Trainers.
